Tree of Life Nutrition is an approved NDIS provider. and has been offering comprehensive dietetic services in private practice since 1993. Our NDIS-approved dietary services carefully consider the availability and needs of our clients. Taking into account your cultural, religious, social, physical and family needs, we can create a personalised plan that covers a few different services that best suit you.

Who can we help?
Our team can assist with all participants registered through the NDIS including adults, teenagers, and children. We provide services for all clients who are:
- Self-managed;
- NDIA managed or
- Plan-managed.

How can we help?
Initial consultation or home visit
Expert nutrition advice from qualified Dietitians and Nutritionists starting with a comprehensive 1:1 appointment where we take the time to understand you and your needs. This includes a comprehensive anthropometric assessment. If you are experiencing mobility issues or are not comfortable attending the clinic, we can also visit you at home.
Report writing
Tree of Life Nutrition offers evidence-based reports written from professional Accredited Practicing Dietitians. These are tailored to your needs and to achieve the best reasonable outcomes for your care under the NDIS scheme. Our aim is to provide a high-quality report that features the right detail of your personal circumstances and/or your progress to determine or continue the appropriate level of NDIS support.
Nutrition therapy
Comprehensive nutrition therapy for your individual circumstances, which may include:
- food and nutrition counselling to support behaviour change;
- advice about healthy meals or special diets;
- feeding therapy;
- systematic desensitisation;
- building practical skills around cooking, meal planning and shopping; and
- communication support in relation to food, nutrition and health.
Menu or meal planning development
Plan to eat well, and you’re halfway there! Tree of Life Nutrition can help empower your skills in planning a balanced and healthy menu that is entirely based around your individual abilities, tastes and capacity. We meet you wherever you are, including if you have a limited budget, cooking skills, tastes or cooking facilities. We can also plan balanced meals for children with special requirements.
Shopping and pantry development
Healthy eating starts in the fridge and pantry. Tree of Life Nutrition can help you develop a wholesome pantry with nourishing foods that don’t need to cost the earth! Here’s some of the ways we can support you with shopping as required:

In-home visits: meet Stacey Alexandrou
Stacey Alexandrou is a dedicated and dynamic dietitian passionate about helping NDIS clients achieve their individual goals through tailored dietetic input and support. She is also a Veterinary Nurse and has lots of experience around pets (companion/support animals are welcome and encouraged to participate during home consultations!) Stacey is first aid and CPR certified to ensure safety in all services.
Growing up in a Greek/Cypriot family, Stacey adopted her love for cooking with her mum and grandparents. Specialising in meal preparation, cooking skills, grocery education, supermarket tours, Stacey creates personalised plans that go beyond traditional nutrition advice.
