About your presenter
Desi Carlos is an experienced Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and Nutritionist with a special focus on gut health, the anti-inflammatory Mediterranean diet and their link to improving women’s health issues. Desi has been in private practice since 1993 and is FODMAP accredited and trained through Monash University, as well as certified with Microba and Co-Biome. She is the resident dietitian at Vera Women’s Wellness and preferred consultant dietitian at Eve Health. Desi brings a wealth of practical experience and lots of empathy to women of all ages experiencing pelvic pain.
