Plant-based eating is for everyone, and anyone can feel better making plant-based eating a focus in their diet. The average Australian does not meet the daily fruit and veg requirements. So as dietitians who support plant-based eating, we are passionate about bringing more plants into the diets of every Australian – and especially here in Brisbane!
Increasing whole, plant-based and minimally processed foods is always a good idea for overall health. This can range from excluding animal protein completely, to just eating more plants.
