In-Home Cooking Service
For both NDIS and private clients, Registered Dietitian Stacey Alexandrou offers a supportive in-home cooking service designed to make mealtimes easier! The in-home cooking service can be completely tailored to your requirements, or Stacey can simply prepare meals from the menu below. Whatever you choose, our aim is to provide you with highest-quality food preparation, meals, or food and cooking education to suits your needs and goals.
Option 1: Menu for selection
- No initial consultation required
- Service Planning Form and Menu Selection Form required 2 weeks prior to booking.
- Supermarket List to be purchased by you in advance (List supplied by dietitian)
Option 2: Tailored to you
- Week 1: Service Planning Form completed + Initial Telehealth consultation with your dietitian who will be cooking with you!
- Week 2: Planning and Menu Development by your dietitian (external to consultation – fees apply)

Fees guide
Private Price guide – private cover rebates apply
- $350 for initial consultation & Meal plan package or $225 for Meal Plan (if previously seen) (option 2)
- $70/hour 2-3 meals – hours customisable (option 1+2)
- Patient to cover food/supermarket costs & collection of supplies (option 1+2)
- $40 travel fee (option 1+2)
How do I book an in-home cooking service?
- Decide on the option that’s right for you and book your appointment.
- Download and complete our In-Home Cooking Service Planning Form for new patients.
- For option 1, also download and complete your meal selection on our In Home Cooking Menu Selection Form.
- Email or fax your form/s to our clinic 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
